We are looking for companies that have innate value and solid fundamentals (economics, sales, management team, etc) but that have an underlying opportunity to maximize their potential. We believe that with the effective combination of resources, team, and capital, 1+1 can equal 3 and when structured in the right way, a company has the ability to reach new heights and grow to the next level of its journey.

Investment Criteria
Industry agnostic focus (however no retail/restaurant businesses)
EBITDA $2million -$10 million, or Revenue Greater than $25 Million
Companies with solid economic fundamentals or strong market share.
Strong, experienced, and proven management team and key staff
Prefer majority control equity investments but will consider structured, minority equity, or debt investments.
What we do NOT invest In:
Pre-revenue startups
Restaurant or hospitality companies
Middle-market and Large Cap companies (over >$100mm in revenue)
Venture Investments
